Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Container Delivery Driver – Non CDL in Indianapolis, IN to safely operate a truck, deliver and remove containers for residential and commercial customers, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires punctual service, adherence to company policies, and good customer interactions. A valid driver’s license is required; pre/post vehicle inspections and routine reporting are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills; professional and courteous toward customers and coworkers.
• Strong time management to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Reliable follow-through and adherence to work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report issues.
• Safely operate a truck along a designated route and service customers.
• Load/unload containers and assist with minor container repairs on-site.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and colleagues daily.
• Maintain route/productivity sheets and Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR).
• Follow all safety policies and participate in the ReSOP program.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
