What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer, member, and prospect contacts through digital and voice platforms to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Provide knowledgeable and respectful answers to customer inquiries without relying on scripts
- Deepen member relationships through engaging conversations and effective communication
- Sell new memberships and products that align with customer needs
- Meet or exceed established performance targets for sales and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior work experience in customer service or sales roles
- Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Computer fluency with a working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred, but not necessary
- Experience in an omni-channel customer service environment
