Aramark's Jefferson Call Center in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Contact Center Operator to handle inbound calls and allocate resources for service requests. You will dispatch and schedule, log activity, and deliver friendly, effective customer service.

Flexibility is required to cover evenings and weekends; prior dispatch or transportation experience is preferred, and proficiency with software applications is expected. This role offers full- and part-time opportunities with benefits.

Job Description

The Contact Center Operator is responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service needs by allocating the accurate resources to facilitate the transport of goods and services. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.60 to $18.60. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation dispatch or related field preferred
• Must have a solid understanding of software applications
• Demonstrates strong social skills, accuracy, and attentional to detail
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
