Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, agents, third parties and vendors across multiple channels.
• Guides customers through billing, policy and claim inquiries; uses care and compassion.
• Researches policy/billing/claim activity and identifies solutions to inquiries.
• Collaborates with independent agents and in-house Service Center to escalate urgent concerns.
• Builds relationships with internal/external customers, agents, vendors; delivers exceptional service.
• Promotes Arbella’s core values including Diversity and Inclusion; contributes to a positive team atmosphere.
• May work in other Arbella contact centers to expand skills based on business needs.
• Performs other related work as required.
