What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Five Star service to clients through various communication channels including email, chat, phone, and social media
- Assist clients with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and e-pay inquiries and issues
- Handle disputes and support Debit and ATM transactions, including reporting lost or stolen cards
- Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate financial services or products
- Complete financial transactions and research general banking inquiries as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high client contact environment focused on customer resolution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems effectively for client support
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Contact Center or Banking environment
- Familiarity with financial services and products
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
