Position Summary :

We’re hiring a Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our grocery and restaurant clients. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting with orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. If you’re a strong communicator with a positive attitude and a calm, solution-focused approach, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner

Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying orders

Resolve product, delivery, or billing issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM or support system

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction

Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed

Provide product information, availability, and pricing details as requested

Proactively follow up on customer service requests or open cases

Maintain performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores)

Requirements Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or help desk roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume inquiries

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace

Salary :

18 – $22 per hour , based on experience

Approximately $37,000 – $45,000 annually )

Fully remote position with paid virtual training

Schedule :
