Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Contact Center Agent

We are looking for a Contact Center Agent to join our family.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Support patients and families in self‑management, self‑efficacy, and behavior change while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• One year of general office or Call Center experience.
• Must become credentialed through the Salud Career Ladder program within the specified timeframe.
• Bilingual (English‑Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of multi‑line phones.
• Ability to determine an emergency situation and take appropriate action.
• Sensitivity to indigent and ethnic minority communities.
• Effective written or oral communication skills.
