The Consumer Servicing Specialist provides administrative and operational support for consumer servicing functions that fall outside standard processing workflows. This role supports the Special Servicing and Exceptions team and is responsible for processing payment-related exceptions, conducting research, maintaining records, performing data entry, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position is primarily processing-focused and does not involve direct customer interaction. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced operational environment managing a variety of servicing activities, including rejected payments and transactions, hardship payment relief maintenance, payment returns, lockbox payments, and other exception processing functions.
This role has in-office expectation of 60% of your appointed time at the posted hub location.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.38
