A leading company seeks a Consumer Sales & Commission Analyst responsible for managing the sales commission process. The ideal candidate will handle commission calculations, produce insights from data analysis, and collaborate closely with different teams to enhance efficiencies. Requirements include a degree in a relevant field or substantial experience, alongside a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The Consumer Sales & Commission Analyst will manage the sales commission process inclusive of sales partner commissions, contests, accelerators, bonuses and performance spiffs. Including: daily commission related activities and reporting needs, collection and gathering of information and data to create coherent reports, then presenting reports to the team, management and sales partners. Using either available or collected data, draw insights that can be used to create actionable sales & commission strategies.
Pacific time zone strongly preferred.

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary plus bonus
