Zekai is seeking Consumer Reviewers for a remote, short-term contract to evaluate AI responses about government services. You will review sample questions for naturalness and usefulness, then provide clear, actionable feedback in your own words.

No specialized AI background required; your own experiences with Medicare or similar services guide the feedback. This 100% remote contract role is open to applicants worldwide in the countries the employer accepts, with an expected commitment of 5–10

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/week, short-term project

our partner is looking for Consumer Reviewers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that answer questions about government services. You’ll read sample questions and answers and tell us whether they sound natural, make sense, and would help someone like you. Your own experience is what matters. No AI or technical background is needed.
