• Responsibilities include interfacing with clients to resolve complex financial and strategic issues.

Responsibilities

• Work in a deal team on a variety of strategic advisory assignments including sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements.
• Managing analysts and assisting senior bankers across different project scenarios.
• Maintain regular dialogue with clients and other stakeholders to keep the process on track.
• Overseeing financial and valuation analyses including DCF, precedent transactions, comps, and LBO analyses.
• Conducting industry and market analyses to inform clients and bankers.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Draft client presentations and information memoranda for equity offerings.
