Job Description

The Consumer Relations & Product Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting product quality and managing consumer relations within a food manufacturing environment. This position involves managing consumer complaints, coordinating investigations with QA and manufacturing teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of product concerns. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for tracking corrective actions, managing customer samples and quality documentation, supporting customer portals, and coordinating product cuttings and sensory evaluations.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Experience with TraceGains or GS1 is a plus.
Work Environment

The position offers flexible working hours, either 7-4 or 8-5, within a food manufacturing environment located in Manteno, IL. It involves cross‑functional interaction with various departments including QA, Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Warehouse, R&D, Sales, and Customer Service. The role includes both administrative responsibilities and hands‑on coordination of product samples and sensory/product cuttings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manteno, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
