The San Francisco District Attorney's Office is a leading law enforcement agency committed to public safety and justice. The White-Collar Crime Division investigates and prosecutes corruption, white-collar, and economic crimes within San Francisco.
The Consumer Mediation Unit, part of the White-Collar Crime Division, handles 1500-2000 consumer complaints annually. The Investigator mediates consumer disputes, liaises with the public and businesses, and refers cases for legal action or to external agencies as needed.
Minimum of 4 years of experience or education in social welfare, criminology, psychology, or related fields, with social service, criminal justice, or advocacy experience.
