Consumer Class Action Attorney (Onsite or Remote)

We are seeking a Consumer Class Action Attorney for a full-time position, either onsite in Thousand Oaks or remote within the U.S., with an active California State Bar license.

Job Details

• Work location: Thousand Oaks or remote in the U.S.
• Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
• Experience: 3 to 8 years as a practicing attorney, experience with consumer class actions, prior judicial clerkships preferred
• Qualification: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, California Bar License required

Responsibilities

• Handle consumer class action cases, representing clients facing issues related to consumer fraud, defective products, and related legal disputes.
• Provide legal advice and strategy for cases within the consumer rights domain.
