Consumer Protection Attorney - Plaintiff

Types of Cases: Consumer protection, business litigation, class actions, privacy litigation, ADA/accessibility litigation, and high-stakes trial work.

Compensation: Up to $220,000 + Bonus

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigation attorney who enjoys taking ownership of cases, leading discovery, and developing trial strategy while working alongside experienced trial lawyers on high-impact matters.

The firm handles sophisticated litigation involving consumer protection, privacy, class actions, ADA/accessibility claims, and other complex disputes. While consumer protection experience is a plus, it is not required. The firm is open to strong litigators from either the plaintiff or defense side who are looking to transition into a plaintiff-focused practice.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
