Lincoln International is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join its Los Angeles Consumer M&A practice. You will master financial modeling, prepare client presentations, and interact with clients while supporting deal teams from start to finish.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration with Friday remote option, strong exposure to senior professionals, and rapid skill development in a dynamic, international advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.7 is required.
• Spring 2027 or Winter 2026 graduate with an M&A or Private Equity internship is preferred.
• Strong writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side assignments.
• Identify potential acquirers and conduct industry research.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials.
• Support the due diligence process and client interactions.
• Attend client meetings and assist marketing activities.
