Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process and fund direct and indirect consumer loan applications from application through completion.
• Review member information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare loan documents and perform quality-control reviews before funding.
• Coordinate with Loan Consultants, Underwriters, members, and dealerships to gather documentation and provide updates.
• Ensure loans meet credit union policies and funding requirements.
• Process and fund Premier Check loans and review dealer drafts.
• Administer GAP claims by coordinating with members, dealerships, insurers, and third parties.
• Track documentation and follow up to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Maintain records throughout lending and claims processes.
• Monitor title work and lien perfection; prepare lending reports for management.
