Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (e.g., retail sales, goal-oriented or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions regarding products and processing.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and problem resolution.
