OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. The role offers opportunities for professional development and advancement within a supportive environment, with compensation recognizing individual and team performance.

The position operates on-site with a schedule Monday–Friday, some extended hours including Saturdays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish language ability preferred.

In the Role

Target base salary range is $17.00-$19.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
