A regional financial institution in Kansas City is seeking a Consumer Loan Coordinator II to process loan requests and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. The Loan Operations Team is part of the Middle Office and provides loan preparation and assistance for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. The team interacts with internal partners to ensure loans have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. The Loan Operations team provides loan support and loan decisions to internal partners after robust training in UMB and financial knowledge. The team focuses on creating strong connections among associates to develop a positive working experience, supports career development, and encourages associates to work with their manager to create roadmaps for opportunities within Loan Operations and beyond.
As part of the Loan Operations team, the Consumer Loan Coordinator II partners with loan officers to coordinate the processing of new loan requests, renewals, and refinances of Commercial, Consumer, and Real Estate loans.
Compensation Range: $33,920.00 - $65,380.00
