The ideal candidate has 3+ years of consumer or class action experience, strong research and writing skills, and a readiness to travel as needed. Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited school and New York Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consumer or class action litigation.
• Strong legal research and written/oral communication.
• Experience drafting pleadings and briefs.
• Proficient in managing discovery requests.
• Experience preparing for depositions.
• Excellent case and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
