Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Career Associate Attorney for its Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in a hybrid role. The position involves representing leading financial institutions in complex commercial disputes and consumer protection matters, with a national practice footprint.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience, including commercial matters and regulatory investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team representing leading financial institutions and service providers in complex business and commercial disputes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, ingood standing
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Background defending matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/orTelephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
