Henderson Group is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its nationally integrated practice. The role offers sophisticated litigation work representing banks and financial institutions, with opportunities across multiple U.S.

office locations. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills, experience defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, or TCPA, and the ability to manage cases

Competenze

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred.
Background defending matters under the FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment.
Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Consumer Financial Services Career Associate with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services practice.

This position offers the opportunity to represent banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes involving loan servicing practices, credit reporting matters, and related consumer financial services litigation. The role may be based in any of the firm's U.S. office locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated litigation work within a collaborative team environment while pursuing a long-term career path outside of the traditional partnership track.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, as determined by experience and market factors
