Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Consumer Financial Services Attorney to join its Cleveland practice. The role is remote with training and mentorship provided; Ohio licensure is required.

You will handle complex commercial litigation, draft briefs, conduct research, and represent clients in hearings and arbitrations while advising on risk and strategies. Minimum 5 years in commercial litigation preferred; Ohio bar in good standing is required; strong writing, research and negotiation skills are

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Ohio bar and in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation preferred.
• Experience in consumer financial services or commercial litigation is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
