Qualifications

• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including foreclosures and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial disputes.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
