BCG Attorney Search in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Consumer Finance Associate to join its Financial Regulatory practice. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience counseling financial institutions and technology providers on federal and state financial laws and regulations.

You will counsel banks, credit unions, and FinTechs on compliance, perform regulatory and licensing analyses, draft and negotiate contracts and lending documents, and assist with enforcement matters.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in financial regulatory practice.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to client service and effective teamwork.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the hiring state.
