Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a CDS Tax Support Specialist in the Saint Louis, MO area to manage Medicaid Home and Community Based Services tax tasks. You will obtain tax IDs, organize tax documents, and coordinate with branch staff and a payroll vendor to ensure accurate tax processing.

Responsibilities include communicating with consumers about tax matters, using state and federal sites for applications, and maintaining current information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• One or more years working with CDS tax-related services and computer experience preferred.
• One or more years of general office and computer experience required.

• Utilize Point of Care to track discharges.
• Utilize state and federal sites for tax applications and maintain current information.
• Analyze tax letters for appropriate next steps and follow through to resolution.
• Ensures tax handling is compliant with state regulations.
• Completes required job role training.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Completes required job role training.
• Timely submission of timekeeping and paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• One or more years of working with CDS tax related services and computer experience preferred.
• One or more years of general office and computer experience required.

Salary Range

USD $22.00 - $25.00 / Hour
