The Consumer Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and indirect supervision of cash handling procedures and negotiable instruments. This role supports operational tasks in the branch and safe deposit area, resolves escalated client and staff issues, and is responsible for risk mitigation and auditing duties. The specialist champions overall branch operational activities and collaborates with Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers to provide leadership and training. They promote new or expanded client relationships, maintain high accuracy in work, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and banking regulations. This position supports associates, workflow, and service across multiple branch locations within a region.
