About the Role

This position involves identifying and pursuing new sales prospects within existing and untapped markets, gathering market intelligence, generating leads, and developing proposals to secure new business. You will work to develop and maintain client relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Put the customer at the center of everything you do, deepening relationships during every interaction.
  2. Engage customers through proactive outbound calls to explore service and relationship opportunities.
  3. Assess customer needs through genuine inquiry, asking questions, and identifying opportunities to help achieve their financial goals.
  4. Become an expert on Santander products and articulate their benefits based on customer needs.
  5. Manage a portfolio of High Value consumer clients and Small Business customers with revenue up to $3MM.
  6. Recommend and deliver appropriate solutions, involving key partners when necessary.
  7. Participate in joint calls with product partners to deepen relationships.
  8. Build trust, set expectations, and meet commitments.
  9. Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to develop relationships.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure timely follow-up, and escalate issues when needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing environment, including 2+ years in financial services acquiring and developing client relationships.
  • Strong financial knowledge of consumer and small business products and lending.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and use critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in phone engagement and basic computer skills.
Additional Information

This role offers a salary range of $52,500 - $87,500 per year and is based in North Wales, PA. Santander Bank values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
