A leading consulting firm is seeking a Remote Consulting & Solutions Specialist to deliver tailored solutions that address clients' business challenges. As a Remote Consulting & Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients by delivering customized solutions that address business challenges across operations, technology, and strategic planning. Working closely with both internal teams and external clients, you'll translate needs into actionable recommendations, assist in implementing tailored solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a problem-solver with a consulting mindset, business process expertise, and a strong ability to communicate value-driven solutions across diverse industries and functions. Whether assisting with digital transformation, optimizing workflows, or rolling out new tools, you will be central to enabling organizational effectiveness and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, requirements, and opportunities
Analyze client operations, processes, and technology environments to identify areas for improvement
Recommend and help implement solutions in areas such as digital enablement, workflow optimization, software adoption, or customer experience
Assist in developing deliverables such as assessments, roadmaps, implementation plans, and process documentation
Participate in pre-sales efforts, including client discovery, proposal development, and solution scoping
Support project execution, including change management, training delivery, and post-implementation support
Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain regular communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
Conduct market, competitive, or operational research to support solution design and recommendations
Help ensure alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and client expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and client feedback
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery (internal or external)
Proven ability to diagnose problems, communicate solutions clearly, and work collaboratively across teams
Experience supporting digital tools, ERP/CRM systems, or process optimization initiatives
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, project management platforms (e.g., Monday, Asana, Smartsheet), and collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Teams)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and clients across time zones
