QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must live in or be located near Nashville, TN.
• Enterprise-scale technical experience with Data Center solutions, network security, cloud security, hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management.
• Proficiency in disaster recovery (DR) and cyber recovery (CR) planning and technologies.
• The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends.
• Knowledge of data protection platforms.
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

As a Consulting Solutions Architect (CSA), you will partner with Client Managers to provide technical pre-sales work focused on Networking and Automation for our enterprise customers across the region. No two days will be the same as our broad offerings include Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Strategy, among others.

Our Advanced Technology Center (https://www.wwt.com/atc) changes the game for us in many ways. It enriches and transforms the way we interact with our customers through ideation sessions, demos, POCs, workshops, training, briefings, and more. What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Data Center technical solutions to our customers and internal organizations. The CSA acts as a key resource for engaging with strategic customer relationships while collaborating with our customer's teams and internal teams to reach successful outcomes. The role will also involve collaborating with marketing and other teams to drive market data for relevant technologies, understanding industry trends, and assessing their impact on WWT and our customers' businesses.
