• Producing materials for quotes, proposals, and executable agreements to support renewals, new sales, and responses to RFPs
• Creating compelling content for our proposal management system
• Condensing the Consulting Services business’ library of scopes of work (SOWs) into standardized, modular service descriptions
• Maintaining Pricing & Contract Request Forms to align with current pricing and SOWs factors
• Ensuring accurate, compelling representation of the work of HIS Consulting Services
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two (2) years of business writing, editing, journalism experience
  
  

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND six (6) years of business writing, editing, journalism experience
  
  

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Five (5) years of experience with one or more of the following: project management, business writing and editing (including technical and financial information), and content analysis (including internships and/or paid work during college)
  
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Excellent administrative skills to produce proposals, summarize project plans, and describe Consulting Services offerings in compliance with Solventum contracting policies and practices
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce
• Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines with incomplete information
• Understanding of budgets and Excel-based data analysis
• Knowledge of MS Teams collaboration tools, Qvidian proposal management software, and PowerPoint presentation software
• Knowledge of Solventum HIS systems for contract administration
