As a Consulting Senior Associate, Sustainable Operations, you'll play a key role in helping leading industrial and global organizations navigate complex environmental challenges. Your work ensures compliance, reduces risk, and advances sustainable practices - making a measurable impact on both business performance and environmental outcomes.
You'll partner with experienced consultants and clients to deliver high-quality environmental solutions across compliance, due diligence, and remediation. From analyzing air quality data to supporting large-scale site assessments, your contributions will directly influence operational decisions, regulatory alignment, and long-term sustainability strategies.
For the Consulting Senior Associate, Sustainable Operations position, the anticipated annual base pay is $67,800-$83,800 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
