Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a team-oriented, highly effective, and self-motivated individual to join the WAN technical solution Architecture (TSA) team. Technical solution architects partner with sales engineers, account managers, PLM and engineering to drive technical sales activities, focusing on opportunities involving new products and emerging technologies. They bring in-depth hands-on expertise with products and solutions as well as other technologies that complement networking vision, and act as trusted advisors educating customers on evolving networking trends and how our products and solutions can help achieve business goals.
For this role, we’re seeking an exceptional technical leader and evangelist to support customer engagements around WAN architecture and solutions. You will build and maintain close relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor from initial engagement to successful closing.
This is an advanced career-stage technical leadership role requiring in-depth WAN architecture and routing knowledge, broad understanding across switching, routing, security, and automation, and the ability to position complex multi-technology solutions.
Travel: Typically 20%–30% of working time is spent traveling.
