• Support creation and execution of project plans aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, to drive project execution and issue resolution.
• Track and manage all project activities, deliverables, and documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings across Oracle Health teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to established operational processes and enforce project governance standards.

• • Develop and maintain project documentation, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts
• • Ensure adherence to established operational processes and enforce project governance standards
• • Drive implementation efforts by providing direction, accountability, and follow-through across project teams

• Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) preferred
• Required travel up to 25%
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.
