POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Consulting Partners to join a leading global IT and consulting firm’s expanding transformation division. These high-impact leadership roles are responsible for spearheading strategic consulting engagements across Capital Markets and Insurance verticals, with specialized focuses including Hybrid IT, Hyperscaler strategy, Cloud Enablement, and Enterprise Transformation.

This is an opportunity to influence digital transformation at the intersection of business and technology while engaging directly with C-suite clients across Fortune 500 companies. Ideal candidates will be adept at building deep relationships, driving profitable growth, leading complex delivery engagements, and fostering a culture of innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, cultivating lasting relationships and high-value partnerships.
• Lead consulting initiatives from opportunity identification through solution development, proposal, and delivery.
• Drive strategic growth by identifying, scoping, and closing new business opportunities.
• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and long-term account expansion.

Delivery & Execution

• Design, lead, and manage the execution of complex, cross-functional consulting engagements.
• Deliver transformative business outcomes leveraging hybrid IT solutions, GenAI, cloud strategies, and operational modernization.
• Ensure the highest level of project delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams through significant digital, operational, and regulatory transformations.
• Champion continuous learning, innovation, and performance within your practice area.
• Align with firmwide strategic goals while building external eminence and internal thought leadership.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience in client relationship management, particularly at the CxO level.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives in Financial Services or Insurance.
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience managing P&L, revenue generation, and margin improvement.
• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• Hybrid IT, Cloud Migration, or Hyperscaler Architecture
• Insurance Digital Transformation (Claims, Underwriting, Risk, Policy Admin)
• Enterprise AI and GenAI Enablement
• Blockchain, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity Integration

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of consulting or technology transformation experience.
• Deep domain expertise in Capital Markets or Insurance (Commercial and/or Personal Lines).
• Strong executive presence, interpersonal influence, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, client-driven environment.
