Consulting Partner (Communications & Media)

Consulting Partners are senior leadership roles within the Enterprise Solutions Unit of the client, focusing on driving business growth, managing client relationships, leading engagements, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with both our client’s and our strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Deep understanding of the Communications, Media, and Information Industry.
2. Proven ability to lead business development and sales efforts for large global business transformation programs enabled by S4 or Oracle (preferably both).
3. Ability to communicate business value and guide business executives towards the right ERP solutions to optimize their ROI.
4. Experience working with C-level executives and being hands-on as required.
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with coworkers and clients.
6. Ability to lead steering committee meetings, program team meetings, and business workshops with key stakeholders.
7. Experience leading internal teams to develop accurate and differentiated approaches, estimates, and timelines to meet client requirements.
8. Minimum of three full lifecycle implementations as an ERP Program Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
9. At least three years’ experience in proposal and business case development.
10. Minimum of ten years in transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
11. Experience managing large teams of more than 50 resources and leveraging offshore delivery models.
12. Willingness to travel up to 100%.
13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
