Base pay range

$230,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

As a Consulting Partner (Director level), you will lead strategic client engagements across key industry sectors—including Banking, Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT), Insurance, Capital Markets, Healthcare, Rail/Freight, and SLED (State & Local Government and Education). This role demands deep industry knowledge, CXO-level presence, and a strong consulting mindset to drive profitable growth and transformation.

You’ll span the full deal lifecycle—strategy, origination, execution, and delivery—ensuring business impact and operational excellence.

Required Experience

• Must have at least 10 years IT Consulting experience preferably from Big 4 or top tier 1 consulting firms.
• Strong consulting background in one or more of: Banking, TMT, Insurance, Capital Markets, Healthcare, Rail/Freight, or SLED
• Expertise in Applications, or Data & AI, or Cloud, and emerging enterprise tech
• Proven success in CXO engagement, consulting delivery, and deal execution
• Strong financial acumen—growth, pricing, and profitability management
• Recognized as a leader and change agent within your industry

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Business Development:

• Drive revenue through new client acquisition, signings, and pipeline conversion
• Scope and price engagements to maximize profitability and minimize risk
• Deliver on growth and margin targets across multiple accounts and sectors
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
• Lead transformative engagements with measurable outcomes
• Act as a strategic advisor, elevating client satisfaction and repeat business

• Oversee delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary solutions
• Meet utilization targets for yourself and your teams
• Ensure commercial success and high-quality execution
