At Clarivate as part of the Life Sciences & Health Care Consulting business, we are in need of a Consulting Operations Manager to support the ongoing engagement of our most valuable asset, our people. The incumbent in this role will be a Content Developer and Knowledge Manager and will be responsible for constructing and deploying interesting, accurate, and compelling content in support of our organization’s communications, operations and education plans. The incumbent in this role will be expected to be able to write and develop engaging content for a remote workforce in consultation with subject matter experts for a variety of assets including communications vehicles (newsletters, blogs, communications, videos, webinars, etc.), operational and compliance processes, and education assets (eLearnings, job aids, procedures, etc.). Strong collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and project management skills will be essential to success.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…
  • Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications, or Organizational Development

  • 5+ years of content development experience (portfolio required)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for site creation, content organization, and user permissions

  • Skilled in video editing and content development software (e.g., Articulate, SnagIt, Camtasia)

  • Knowledge Management (SharePoint)

  • Technical Skills: Office 365, basic HTML, SharePoint

  • Project management skills

What will you be doing in this role?
  • Collaborate with leadership team and business subject matter experts to design engaging content using a variety of delivery mechanisms

  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites for content organization, accessibility, and user engagement

  • Write creative and unique content as well as provide innovative ideas.

  • Write technical content for organization education, processes, and policies

  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content formats

  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback

  • Adhere to budget and timelines

  • Perform other duties as requested

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, remote position, working out of our EST or CST office locations. Ability to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide.
