The Associate Consultant role contributes to bids, account plans, projects, and client engagements through targeted research and analyses. Work is desk-based with some client interaction and supervision from more senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is typically required.
• Previous business experience is expected.
• Understand and apply standard solutions and offerings relevant to a service line.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets timeliness, accuracy, and completeness expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to organize work to fit the plan.
• Provide information or data to external clients as defined by a senior colleague.
• Share data, answer basic questions, and escalate client requests to manage expectations and relationships.
• Support business development efforts of senior colleagues, including client calls and proposal drafts.
