Press Ganey Associates LLC in Provo, UT is seeking a Consulting Operations Analyst to support our consulting organization by analyzing project financials, operational data, and resources to identify trends and risks that affect revenue forecasts.
You will partner with Engagement Leaders, Finance, and Operations to validate assumptions, improve forecasting accuracy, and design automated reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power Query, VBA, Kantata, and Power BI.

The Consulting Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our consulting organization by proactively analyzing project financial, operational, and resource data to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies that may impact revenue forecasts and business performance.
Working closely with Consulting Engagement Leaders, Finance, and Operations teams, this individual validates project assumptions, investigates variances, and ensures forecasts accurately reflect current project conditions.
The analyst serves as an independent analytical partner, providing leadership with confidence in forecast accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting, automation, and business processes.
Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader.

Location: Hybrid: Provo, UT, or Seattle, WA, Office.
To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working mode in the United States (US). For those near a US hub location, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home. Our current hub locations are in Chicago, IL, Boston, MA, and South Bend, IN.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $76,000 - $100,000.
In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
