You are:

An experienced professional with deep front office transformation experience in any of these subindustries: wealth management, retirement services or asset management. Key areas you focus on may include sales (advisor) and client success enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B / B2C direct to customer growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales/client success/advisor enablement operating model design.

You are a problem solver with consulting (preferred) and/or industry experience who is comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments. You have experience managing senior level client relationships as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions including AI / GenAI. You know how to balance your project delivery responsibilities with contributing to the team’s collective work products.

You also are:

  1. Passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical and strategic transformations.
  2. Knowledgeable about the nuances of the Financial Services industry broadly, and Capital Markets specifically, as well as front-line sales organizations, and are ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their sales and service solutions.
  3. Experienced with managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, while managing other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

The work:

As the Manager, Song Sales & Commerce Capital Markets, you will apply your expertise in Capital Markets to transform front office sales strategies and approaches to help clients achieve top line growth objectives. You will deliver on engagements in the following areas:

Thought Leadership
  1. Able to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions, and deliver high-impact initiatives by consulting and partnering with our clients to help them support and transform their sales organizations and advance their competitive position.
  2. Build client relationships to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  3. Develop value and AI led and unique points of view on capital markets topics relevant to our clients such as improving client satisfaction, enabling advisors, achieving sales and revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
  4. Manage other team members while continuing to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought leadership position.
Delivery Execution
  1. Contribute to the planning and execution of large scale and complex transformation programs and strategy engagements including current state assessments, target state design (capabilities, experience, op model), business case and roadmap, platform led transformations.
  2. Implement business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation.
  3. Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
  4. Manage Capital Markets implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.), from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and deliverables, with heavy client engagement leveraging leading platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft.
Sales & Origination
  1. Participate in sales origination activities including originating, qualifying, and closing new opportunities for Accenture with Capital Markets clients, including sales (advisor) enablement, go-to-market strategies, direct to consumer growth, lead management, and sales operating model design.
  2. Experience with originating, qualifying, and closing new opportunities including developing sales proposals and/or engaging in business development activities.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. 6+ years of Banking or Capital Markets industry experience, leading transformations specifically in a sales, operations, product or strategy role. A robust understanding of the Capital Markets industries including market trends and challenges and the regulatory environment, along with familiarity with topic areas such as sales (advisor) and client success enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B / B2C direct to customer growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales/client success/advisor enablement operating model design, is required.
  2. 4+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, with broad experience in engagement management, business development, and leading complex programs / transformations.
  3. 2+ years of experience with developing sales proposals and/or engaging in business development activities.
  4. 3+ years of experience with: Making strategic recommendations (or decisions) for critical experiences, products, or services of the organization; managing a P&L or a pipeline of business development opportunities, and/or providing enterprise level business or technology advisory all the way to c-suite executives - CEO, CTO, COO, and/or CIO.

Bonus Points If:

  1. You have excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills, including compelling story telling skills for an executive audience and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  2. You have strong client relationship development and client management skills.
  3. You have experience in delivering CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, Sales Transformation implementations.
  4. You have experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  5. You bring an existing network of relationships within the Financial Services industry at decision making levels (MD, VP or up).
  6. You are familiar with AI, GenAI, or other emerging technologies.
