Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Consulting Lead Software Developer to build expert-level solutions on the Oracle APEX platform. You will solve complex challenges, engage stakeholders for rapid MVP delivery, and maintain development standards across SQL, PL/SQL and web tech.

The role requires a US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Federal security clearance, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure web applications with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years with Oracle APEX, including 21.x releases.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL knowledge.
• Experience with REST data transfer and web tech basics.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Ability to translate designs into documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and document applications on the APEX platform.
• Analyze requirements and create technical specs.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers and end users on MVP features.
• Ensure security and architecture requirements are met.
• Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies; improve performance.
