• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand Diversey Consulting’s footprint
• Identify and build strategic partnerships within the food industry
• Lead consultative sales processes, from needs assessment to solution design and closing
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients (Quality, Operations, Food Safety leaders)
• Own regional P&L performance and business outcomes
• Coordinate and manage delivery teams (consultants, partners, laboratories, etc.)
• Ensure successful execution of client projects

Diversey Consulting is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across the DACH region.

This is a hybrid role combining technical expertise in food safety with commercial leadership. You’ll work closely with major food organizations, helping them design and implement world-class solutions while driving revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
