Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Associate, Environmental Due Diligence to perform EHS/ESG due diligence for multi-national clients. You will manage project teams, assess environmental liability risks, and prepare detailed reports to support transaction decisions.

Role involves collaboration with ERM teams, travel, and ensuring compliance with ASTM Phase I standards within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or 6+ years equivalent).
• 0–2+ years in environmental consulting with exposure to due diligence projects.
• Solid knowledge of ASTM Phase I standards and understanding of business/legal concepts in transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to write comprehensive technical reports.
• Flexibility to multi-task, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

For the Consulting Associate, Environmental Due Diligence position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$74,000–$95,293(USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
