Digineox is seeking a motivated candidate for a 12‑month paid Development Program in Houston (on-site) or Remote. You will receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects—no prior consulting experience required.

Responsibilities grow with capability as you learn and contribute to client projects. The program offers hands‑on experience, formal learning sessions and guided self‑study, with the potential for a full‑time role at Digineox based on performance and business

Consulting Associate – 12 Month Paid Development Program

Our paid 12-month Development Program is for people with the attitude, curiosity and discipline to grow into capable consultants. You will receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required.

How you will learn

You will get hands‑on project experience, coaching from experienced practitioners, formal learning sessions and guided self‑study. Responsibilities grow as you show capability. We welcome early‑career applicants and career changers; show us how you learn and solve problems through study, personal projects, volunteering or other experience.

Program details

• Houston participants must live locally and be available for in‑person learning and project work.


• Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.


• This is a fixed‑term program and a permanent role is not guaranteed. At 12 months, we review performance, learning progress, delivery quality and business needs, and strong performers may be offered a full‑time role at Digineox.

Compensation and benefits

Houston: competitive hourly pay. International pay is set at or above local market and based on skills, experience and assessment results.
