Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Consulting Analyst to deliver business and technology transformation initiatives in client-facing environments. You will own project deliverables, guide solution planning, and mentor junior teammates across engagements.

You will build credibility with management-level clients and collaborate with internal teams to align technology implementations with client goals while refining stakeholder communications and presenting clear findings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in consulting/analyst role; master's degree preferred.
• Domain expertise in at least one area and commitment to continuous industry learning.
• Clear and consistent communication across management levels.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery concepts.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data synthesis and reporting.
• Hands-on ability to create professional-quality presentation decks using PowerPoint or Google Docs.
• Familiarity with business process modeling concepts and notations such as BPMN or UML.
• Ability to compile and run simple SQL queries to present findings in a structured format.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example and push others to add value.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience working directly in a consulting or analyst role with a reputable company; master's degree is preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one or two specific domain areas alongside a commitment to continuous industry learning

• Clear and consistent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across different management levels

• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and common project delivery concepts

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000.
