Qualifications

Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills, an understanding and experience with AI tools, and the drive to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Tower Strategy Group is a boutique strategy and management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and the federal government. We execute high-impact engagements across three service areas: Transformation, Turnaround, and Integration. Our proprietary platform, fu.sion AI , encodes 18+ years of consulting methodology into agentic AI workflows that sit at the center of how we deliver work. Analysts at Tower Strategy work directly with this platform and contribute to its ongoing development.

• $78,500 base salary, plus a performance-based annual bonus of up to $6,532
