Job summary

Technology Navigators is seeking an AI Strategist in a hybrid role based in East Downtown Austin, TX. The position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered applications and workflows within an Agile team.

You will contribute to AI-powered tools, chatbots, and customer-facing AI solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a client-facing focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing or coordination experience in related roles.
• Hands-on with Claude or similar AI tools to accomplish tasks from day one.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple threads and prevent dropped followups.

We are seeking an AI Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a leader in AI-driven solutions, we specialize in building real-world AI applications that empower businesses. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AIpowered applications and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, Agile environment.

You will contribute to the development of AI-powered tools, chatbots, and customer-facing AI solutions.

You Might Thrive Here If You

• Have 2+ years of clientfacing or coordination experience in roles like solutions engineering, consulting, account coordination, or project management. Relevant internship and project experience counts, as we ultimately hire for the person.
• Are already handson with Claude or similar generative AI tools to accomplish realworld tasks, and are ready to utilize them from day one
• Are relentlessly organized, easily managing multiple threads at once, ensuring zero dropped followups, and bringing order to complex scheduling chaos.
• Are genuinely curious about AI and institutional investing. No prior finance background is required, but you must be excited to learn how deal teams function and where AI fits in.

Nice To Have

• Experience conducting user interviews, product discovery, or requirements gathering.
• Any professional exposure to private equity, venture capital, asset management, or other institutional investors.
