AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Quakertown, PA to guide customers through options with a consultative approach. You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

This role offers a 40-hour work week with a regular schedule, including weekend shifts. Prior retail experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
